2. What data we collect
Contact form and direct contact. When you write to us through the contact form, by email or by phone, we collect the data you provide: title, name, email address, subject, message content, and any other information you choose to share.
Technical data. The hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and access times. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.
We do not use analytics, profiling or advertising tools.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

4. Who receives your data
Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) hosts the website and the email service, acting as data processor. The European Commission recognises Switzerland as providing an adequate level of data protection.
Other professionals of the Black Umbrella network may be informed of your request so that it can be assessed and handled. In doing so, we do not share your contact details or any other sensitive information about you or your company. If another member needs to contact you directly, we will ask for your permission first.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting professional relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Cookies
This website uses only technical cookies: remembering your cookie choices and protecting forms against abuse. These do not require consent. No statistics or marketing cookies are used.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–21 GDPR). To do so, write to simone.bonzanini@buteam.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
